Karen, a resident of Wyoming since 1981, has worked on behalf of Kindervelt, the Wyoming Women's Club, the Cincinnati Association of the Blind, The March of Dimes, her church and many other organizations. She has a degree in speech and drama from the University of Kansas and is a member of the SAG and AFTRA performers unions. She has an extensive resume in television commercials (including the Ohio Lottery), industrial films and print work. She lives with her husband Wayne and has three grown children.
