Tony Snider

Set Design

Tony is originally from Oak Ridge, TN, where he performed in many productions at the Oak Ridge Community Playhouse. He joined Cincinnati community theatre in 1995, winning an ACT Cincinnati, Inc. Orchid Award for his villainous portrayal of Captain Long John Silverfish in the melodrama Shiver My Timbers for Tri County Players. In addition, he has been Sir Sagamore in Camelot for Loveland Stage and Rusty Charlie Guys & Dolls for both Loveland and West Chester Players. When not on stage, Tony is often behind the scenes designing sets, building and painting, or just throwing cast parties. Other projects include set design and décor for A Small Family Business, Cole and construction for shows too numerous to mention here. Professionally Tony is a Civil Engineer at Fluor Fernald, and cleans up the neighborhood at the Fernald nuclear waste site.
